ON-DEMAND INVENTORY

Top-shelf formulas already encapsulated, bottled, and ready to go. Once your label is approved and verified, your products will be made immediately. No weeks of back and forth! Additionally, we offer the following services and flow.

FORMULATION

We'll work with you to ensure the best formula is made to meet you and your target market's needs. We only source the highest quality ingredients to use in our customer's products.

MIXING / BLENDING

After we obtain the best raw ingredients, we blend and mix them in one of our full-scale industrial-size blenders while continuously mixing the ingredients throughout the vessel.

ENCAPSULATION

After your formulation has been blended and mixed properly, we move on to the encapsulation process! Encapsulation consist of two shells which are fitted together and filled with your special formula.

BOTTLING AND LABELING

Once encapsulation is complete, we use our fast equipment to fill the bottles with the appropriate amount of capsules. Then on to the assembly line for labeling and quality assurance.
